The games shall be played in accordance with the Under 13 Pairs Rules, except that the pitch shall be 18 yards in length and all players must be under the appropriate age on 1st September prior to the current playing season (School year 6 and below).

League Format

12 teams have entered the 8 a side pairs league competition. Because of the constraints of time in the season the teams have been divided into two areas, North and South. These were decided by the management committee. The top three and bottom 3 in each group will form two mertit leagues .The top group will play the championship. The second group will play for a subsidiary trophy.

In the event of teams tying on the same number of points in the pool matches, the team with the higher team batting average (i.e. total net runs scored by the team divided by the total matches played.

In the event of two teams having the same number of points and batting average, the winner of the game played between the two teams shall prevail.
