Terms Of
Reference.
Name.
The League shall be known as The Bassetlaw and District Junior Cricket League. Group Aim.To create opportunities for children of all ages to learn about and play cricket. To develop players via district representative teams to county standard through recreational play, coaching activities and competitive matches. Group Objectives.
The key objectives of the league are as follows:
Structure Of Committee.Membership is open to all provided they are or wish to be involved in the junior cricket in Bassetlaw and District. Members are as follows.
Where possible decisions will be taken by general agreement the Chairman shall have the casting vote if required. Each member has one vote and a simple majority is required to take a decision. All the above stand for re-election at the annual general meeting. Time And Frequency Of Meetings
The committee shall meet monthly in the winter (October to March) and as and when required in the playing season. The Annual General Meeting of the league shall be held on the first Sunday of February each year. Proposals for alterations to the league rules and regulations shall be made in writing to the Secretary 42 days prior to the meeting. Role Of Committee Members.

Dissolution Clause
In the event of the league disbanding for any reason all remaining funds and assets will be given to the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board for use as deemed fit by them to develop junior cricket within the county. Changes To Terms Of Reference
These terms of reference are subject to amendment by two-thirds majority of those present at the Annual General Meeting.
